noobie!

hello folks glad to find this forum. i have been on midwest supplies forum forever and i finally found a local one!!
primary 1 gluten free pale ale (for a buddy)
primary 2 hop head iipa
primary 3 empty
secondary 1 blueberry mead
secondary 2 blueberry melomel
secondary 3 irish red
bottled belgian wit,bavarian heffe,mexican cervesa

Welcome... If you're local, where exactly is that? We span pretty much all of Orange County (and a little bit beyond).

been brewing for a while. i have only done extract thus far but hope to eventually move to ag. i live in old town orange.i have done just about every kind of beer and currently have a couple batches of mead going as well.

Nice Red! I would like to taste a few of your creations sometime. We just had our bi-monthly club meeting, but a club brew day lurks sometime in February...

We have a lot of all grain brewers that can totally remove the fear factor of making the shift from extract. I learned in a total vacuum and it took me ten times longer to figure out the process than if I could have just seen it done once or twice!

We also have a mead expert in our midst, although he has been making himself scarce as of late...
