Woodruff syrup in a Berliner Weisse is delicious, but I was not prepared for a bright green syrup that tastes like marshmallows. Not what I was picturing.

I've made mead before with woodruff, it works very nicely in a semi-sweet mead using Meadowfoam honey! It's like a double marshmallow punch since the honey is also highly reminiscent of marshmallow as well! Great stuff!

Tim, we'll find something not made out of honey for you man :happybeer:
