Kegging Cider

Post by ScottK »

I am planning on kegging some cider and then bottling it later. I've read mixed ideas on how to properly carbonate cider. Anyone have any experience with this?

I've always done it the same as beer. What have you heard that says otherwise?

I read a range of things on various forums. I'll just go with the 30 psi for 30 seconds for 3-4 days and see where we end up. I'm glad to hear there's no real difference than beer. I suppose if I want a lighter carbonation I can just carb it like a porter or stout.
