I haven't been around the club in a few years, but I have a DIY Glycol chiller that is free to a good home. I had to rearrange some stuff in the garage and it's a bit too large for the garage now so I had to upgrade. Below is a photo of the chiller, she isn't pretty but she does the job. Basically it is a window AC unit hacked apart so the cooling part sits in the cooler, The cooler holds the chilled glycol and you pump it out from there. I removed all the glycol so you'd have to fill it if you want it and the ink bird controller that is with it has drifted a bit and reads warmer than the glycol bath actually is so you might want to replace it. The chiller is about 40"x24" and about 24" high. Let me know if you have any questions! I live in Santa Ana if you are interested in picking it up.
