I have been on a homebrew hiatus for a number of years and want to get back in the rhythm again. In order to eliminate the learning curve, I am asking the members where the best places are to buy bulk ingredients? I am looking to do all grain recipes and am on a budget.
My next post will more than likely be about upgrading equipment and the best places for that as I have primarily been a bucket brewer but am looking to upgrade to become more efficient and have a better product.
Thanks for the assistance.

Re: Best places for ingredients
The primary options around OC are:
Addison Homebrew Provisions
http://www.addisonhomebrew.com/
More Beer
http://morebeer.com/about/retail (look for Riverside)
O'Shea Brewing
http://www.osheabrewing.com/
Steinfillers
http://www.steinfillers.com/
O'Shea is the most expensive and limited selections of grains (all pre-milled), hops and yeast. They're good in a pinch if you're in south county. I think the others are pretty comparable. Steinfillers donated some prizes for our holiday party last year, so that's a nice plus in their favor.
Edit: If you're looking for bulk hops, Hops Direct (http://www.hopsdirect.com) and Yakima Valley Hops (http://www.yakimavalleyhops.com) have been good to me.
