Honey group buy

I picked up a 60 lb bucket of Wildflower honey from a local farm source. He has a small shop in Fullerton that sells beekeeping supplies and has his own hives.
It is Wildflower now, but will also have Orange Blossom in the future.
It is not cheap, but has a high sugar content.
I will bring a sample for people to taste at our next meeting and compare against a sample of Costco wildflower honey which is from Argentina.
If any of you haven't seen the Netflix series called Rotten, episode on honey, it is very revealing. This is partly why I went to find a local source.
I belief quality ingredients are important in our brews and also like to support local people.

Sounds like an interesting side by side! I've seen the costco honey and have been thinking of making mead from it. Sad I will be missing this!
