Isn't she pellicle...

The brett is finishing my saison, and its almost done :D

I'd be interested in hearing how this turns out. The same goes for the Founder's Breakfast Stout.

I've never worked with Brett, but "almost done" seems a tad overoptimistic... Didn't you add the brett only about 1-2 months ago?

Yea, its still got a month or two, but given that i brewed it in Sept. I am considering that almost done. It gives me hope to hold on to, dont take that away :P
