Hey everyone!

I'm very happy to annouce that it looks like we'll be able to do our July meeting, 7/19/11 7pm at the Noble Ale Works tasting room in Anaheim!

Jerry has been very gracious in letting us share his space, and we should have some great brews to try out! Please bring your homebrew & meads to share, and bring a chair or two.

We have some fun stuff planned, so please RSVP by way of the poll above, and we'll see you there!

I'll be bringing my dunkelweiss (if it isn't gross, not sure about this one) and my fiances chocolate stout (if there's any left)

I should be able to make it, but don't really have any beer to share (it's all in fermentation).

Meeting is open to any brewer who wants to come! There is no charge to attend.

I hope to have a new brew to share. This recipe is based on my very first AG batch, which I really screwed up. So at the 2 year mark, it is a re-brew where hopfully, I have improved my technique & equipment to make a decent beer!

...we'll see...

I'll bring a mini keg of some 8% Strong Ale that Brian C brewed 7 months ago during a club brew day on New Year's Day. I used Edinburgh yeast on this portion.
I'll also bring a bottle of the Hemp Ale that won the Spice ale division at the O.C.Fair

Me neither. I'll be using telekinesis to build habitat for humanity houses for indigent Australian aborigines, and they get really upset about my shoddy workmanship when I'm drinking.
