Looking to brew

Post by ocluke »

Hey guys, if anyone wants someone over to brew with and to split a batch, I'm looking to get a couple more brews in soon, and I enjoy brewing on new systems and getting to see how each brewer "does his thing" (or her thing, whatever the case may be). A few ideas of beers that I would enjoy brewing/splitting are below. I'm open to other options as well:

*Belgian styles (saison, single/double/triple, flanders, lambic)
*Hoppy aromatic beers (IPA, APA, dry-hopped session ales)
*Hoppy/malty beer like Tasty McDole's Janet's Imperial Brown http://www.thebrewingnetwork.com/forum/ ... =7&t=18453 (had this on draft at Russian River and it was delicious)
*Stout or porter (Black Butte Porter clone, milk or breakfast stout)
*Victory Prima Pilsner Clone http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f5/victory- ... er-126541/

I'll contact you when I schedule my next all grain brew day. Probably in 2 to 3 weeks.
