TBC had a change of ownership notice on the front door last Thursday. Anyone know anything about this?

Matt said it had something to do with getting distribution and needing a different kind of ABC license. Sounded like just legal structure changes to me.

Yeah, they have a new chef I guess and he's trying to change things up a bit. At least they'll still make a carne asada pizza even though they took it off the menu. The ravioli of the day was always really good although I suspect they own stock in a caper company.

I'm surprised you got a mean waitress though, I've never had a bad experience with their wait-staff.

I'm sure I know exactly which waitress he's talking about. They are all really nice except one, and I always try to avoid being in her section.

I'm with Kevin. I know exactly which one you're talking about and I always avoid her section as well. She's unprofessional, unpleasant and generally unfriendly.

wow! Guess I never knew. I usually order food to go and sit at the bar, so I guess I haven't have the displeasure.
