Other then guessing by price, how do you know its Aluminum and not SS? :wink: It looks shiny!

Good point...No clue on how to tell via sight. Think the only way to be sure is look at the stamped markings on the bottom of the pot.

You might want to inquire about this one too. I looks like SS to me and comes with propane tank. Try to bargain them down some.

Thanks for looking out for me. I actually don't need one of these, but thought I'd post it for anybody wanting to do larger boils or move outside from the kitchen stove top.
