So many more fun hikes of similar difficulty out there, it's tough to justify this one. The thing it has going for it right now is less snow than most of those. I'd join you, but that's my anniversary weekend so I'm out.

I would like to do Baden-Powell at some point, I've never been. I think that's the weekend I'm planning on doing a multi-day San Gorgonio trip, so I don't think that will work for me.

Part of the extra wort must be due to a low boil-off volume from your boil issues. I was thinking about this from the other angle that having too much wort may have contributed to it taking so long to reach a boil and not being as vigorous as normal. I've had good luck with Cascade, Cluster, and Columbus.

Chinook has been ok, but struggles a bit. I think it might be because it's in between the Cascade and Columbus without enough room.

Centennial I have yet to get a good harvest from after 2 years.

I think it's pretty hard to actually get too much DO in wort. If I were doing inline aeration I would definitely want a sight glass inline after the stone to see the o2 flow.

Like the others said, take another sample. Only way to know if it's done is if you've taken successive readings with no change. If it hasn't dropped, I would do like Curtis and Jon have suggested: warm it up a little and try to rouse the yeast. If that doesn't work, I'd just enjoy it for what it is....
