This was a new addition to the competition site. I already brewed a beer for this competition and didn't use one of those yeasts. Oh well.

I'm curious as to how you all keep track of recipes. I'm really enjoying using the Brewfather app and I like its format. But I'm looking for a better way to keep track of changing recipes. For instance, if I have a recipe for a porter, brew it, and then decide to make changes to that recipe for the ...

Is there a reason why categories 3,10-14, and 17 were excluded from the competition? They are pretty standard styles. Is Chapman Crafted doing this for a pro-am brew? If so, it's not mentioned on the competition site. That is my only guess and that they may not be interested in brewing these styles ...
