Trade Simcoe for Amarillo?
Anyone out there interested in trading some Simcoe for Amarillo? It seems Amarillo is harder to get this year than Simcoe, but oddly enough I ended up buying lots of Amarillo and zero Simcoe. Let me know.

I'd be interested in hearing how this turns out. The same goes for the Founder's Breakfast Stout.

Re: Building a new system.
Here is more information and a discussion on calculating the cost of electric vs gas brewing. http://goo.gl/8OLqH You'll have to substitute your own tier rate into the equation, but essentially it shows that electric is cheaper in almost any scenario due to the efficiency with BTU utilization. Simcoe - The Low Down
There are several aromatic hoppy beers that I enjoy that have Simcoe as a major component of the flavor and aroma hop additions. Looking to brew

GABF. Anyone going?
I will be at the Great American Beer Festival the night of the 16th, then heading over to Falling Rock for some tasty taps (assuming I didn't overdue it at the event). Will anyone else would be at GABF?
