A bunch of us will be going Thursday March 16th. According to this article, the Owner / Head Brewer won't be there that night. May have to go back.

Probably when Corona moves closer to The OC.

The sage we used was .6 oz @ 30 min, and .5 oz at flameout. It seemed like it was going to be too sagey at the time, but it mellowed out REAL nice.
