Re: PBW Group Buy

I think I’ll be going. We can always arrange another time that works. My office is right across from the airport if you’re close.

Re: PBW Group Buy

Guys, my apologies. I have the PBW but have had to miss the past meetings. If anyone wants to pick up their PBW, let me know and we can arrange a time/place to meet.

Re: PBW Group Buy

I also have PayPal. Does that work? Or you can give me cash at the Holiday Party this Saturday. PBW might be shipped by then.

A 50lb container sells for $173.39 ($3.47 /lb) yields 10lbs per person at a cost of $35 per person. It's a ~45% discount over the typical 8lb ($49.99) container.

Re: Fast carb IPA?

How did it turn out? In the future for emergencies, I have the Blichmann QuickCarb. I never use it as I'm not always in a rush and it can be a pain otherwise.

Re: BrewBrawl moving forward

I found that the open discussion and questions to the brewer as we passed out beer was better in the long run for the club and it's continued improvement. I understand that some people are averse to constructive criticism, but it's how we get better. I also personally found it difficult to explain m...

I missed this post, but as I also stated, the garbage disposal is THE way to go.

The best way is to purchase a low-powered garbage disposal and cheap laundry basin and run the pulp into a mesh bag lined bucket with spout. Then you can use a pot lid as a pusher and squeeze the juice out. Making pulp is the MOST i...
