I've been thinking about it, but right now I only have a mead that is fermenting. I'll have to see if I can set aside some of my SCHF server brew for some bottles... It all comes down to timing, but I'd like to get something in there!

Update: I made the Dark Mild today and its in the fermenter! I will be bringing it to homebrew fest, so if you are around stop by the campsite and try some! Will try to keep a growler for the May meeting!

Can do 1 or 3 gal. -Calvin Certainly, you can do any size you prefer. However, it is just as much work for 1 gal, 3 gal or 5 gal.
