Made an entry for sweet stout.
last meeting you gave me some valuable feedback, that I needed to cut back on the lactose and add some roasted barley. So, am doing it again with adjustments and hopefully it stands high in the category.

It was good. Michael Jackson said it was revived in the early 1990's by the Williams brothers which you probably already know. They also make a good beer called 'Alba Scots Pine Ale' which doesn't use hops, instead pine sprigs and spruce shoots. Like this one also. maybe you could try that next. Kee...
