Anybody else brewing these days? In the last 1.5 months, I've brewed 5 gallons of Rye Pale Ale, 10 gallons of IPA, and on this past Sunday, brewed 5 gallons of a milk stout & 10 gallons of an amber ale. The Rye & IPA are bottled, along with 5 gallons of belgian witbier, 10 gallons of a ligh...

I used Yorba Linda tap water, and mashed a bit high (about 155-156).

It's definitely too hoppy for 6D, but I wasn't sure if there was any way to put it into 10A or something like that.

Got a scale, and a subscription to BYO... So that was nice

I did get one for Christmas, and although this is probably a better scale, I think my wife would kill me if I bought one since she just got it for me.

So I'll be bowing out of this... Enjoy!
