Re: Real kegerators for sale! 25% discount till 3-16-09!

Update: Brad came by 3-29 and picked up 2 of the Avanti kegerators for Joe and Ray. I still have one more Avanti BD6000 left (no co2 tank or hoses) with a single tap tower but with tank holder in B+ shape that I'm letting go for $175! (Note this will not hold 1/2 barrels of Coors, but will hold 2-3...

Re: I need Ingredients today!

How'd the brew day go? Were you doing both batches simultaneously or back to back? FYI if nobody pointed it out before, brewcommune club members get a 10% discount at B3. :happybeer: It went really well. I did them back to back. Everything went really smooth except one small boil over (wasn't payin...

Re: I need Ingredients today!

Thanks guys. I just made a bunch of calls and O’Sheas is charging about $45 per kit and Brew Bakers was willing to put them together for me for $49 each. I think I am going to drive out to riverside though since Morebeer is only about $30 per kit. Wish me luck! Two batches in one night. If anyone wa...

Thank you very much everyone. Very valuable information. I noticed some of you were talking about the pumps you have. I think that is going to be my next addition. Whole hops or pellets

Whole hops or pellets? What do you use and why? The reason I ask is I'm just curious what most people are using. I have only ever used the pellets and wonder what advantages, if any, whole hops can offer.
