I haven't brewed these yet, but there are two recipes in Gordon Strong's "Modern Homebrew Recipes"

Literally every recipe in that book is amazing, Highly recommend it.

There is some positive news out there on treatments and on other fronts (for example, Google on hydroxychloroquine), that is currently being drowned out by the media torrent of bad news, IMO. As a large headed member of the club, if these are the same as the Brewers hardware hats we got the snap back hats fit on the last 2 buttons, and the comfort-fit ones fit pretty well.

Cool experiment. I wonder if theres anyway to check if all the alcohol was driven off.

Maybe a hydrometer / refractometer comparison. They should read the same if there is no alcohol right?

I just came by to say Angel city is lame! Its more of a club than a brewery.
