A couple years ago i visited the Rogue in Newport, OR. Tasty beers and tasty food... but not one person had heard about the AHA discount. Not in the pub, not in the merch store... after getting home i reviewed the list and should have received something like 10% off food and 25% off merch.

I suspect that it is just the temp of the beer in the line. What I’ve done is started pouring into two glasses. The first glass I pour about half full (mostly foam) then switch over to the second glass when the beer starts pouring more clearly and it pours great. Thoughts? If it starts to pour well...

First of all… Congrats and Good luck! Some things I’ve been thinking about. I’ve been to handful of homebrew stores and can make some comments. Interested or not, here they are. Service is key. Don’t assume people know what they’re doing when they walk in. I’ve been home brewing for couple years now...

Very first post here on this forum... but.. am excited about a new brew shop. I'll do my best to support. A couple things... Pale Chocolate Malt. (B3 has it, but Steinfillers doesn't) Wyeast strains - especially some of those that WLP doesn't duplicate (e.g.Rosleare) I'm not sure why its so hard to ...
