Recipe Notes: Originally had Cascade instead of Ahtanum, and Columbus instead of Nugget. Had to switch on brewday for supply on hand. Fermentation went 2.5 weeks at 65, then cold crash to 38 for 4 weeks. A long time in the fermenter, but had too much going on.
Tasting Notes: Soft, supple blonde ale with aroma of honey & flowers.
