Recipe Notes: Union Jack uses Simcoe, which I was not able to find. So I substituted a Columbus/Centennial (80/20) blend instead.
Tasting Notes: Real nice IPA ... a tad more citrus & caramel than Union Jack, but very close. Citrus, spice & malt nose. Lt. amber color with nice white foam head which laces well. Nice hop bitterness with resiny spice and tangerine finish.
