BJCP 2004 - American IPA

Recipe Notes: The Mt. Hood was opportunistic as I had some left over from a previous brew. Dry-Hop was for 7 days.
Tasting Notes: This came out really nice! The aroma on this one is citrusy sweetness! The munich & wheat malt are secondary, welcome and do not overpower. At 30 days of conditioning, I'm pleased with this one.
