BJCP 2004 - American Wheat or Rye Beer

Recipe Notes: Wanted a refreshing crisp & clean wheat beer for the summer months! Light in body, with a balanced hop bitterness.
Tasting Notes: Refreshing & wet on the palette, with a light wheat tang. The hop bitterness is clean and spicey. A thick head leaves nice foam on the rim on the way down. A very drinkable summer beer! *note* there is no floral or citrus in this hop profile. It tastes more like Hallertau/Hersbrucker... You could always replace the Liberty addition with a Cascade or Centennial for a more citrusy flavor.
