BJCP 2004 - Schwarzbier (Black Beer)

Recipe Notes: Very malty and clean. Nice roasty aroma and taste, but not overpowering. Great tan head. Similar in look and mouthfeel to a stout, but no fruitiness. A great, easy to drink beer.
