I think one of their issues was that the rules stated you had to be an AHA member at the time of the competition. That's true to actually have your beer brewed for the pro-am, but Hangar 24 allowed non-members to compete (they just weren't eligible for grand prize).

Also, they made the only dropoff points in the Inland Empire. I think I'll be making the drive today, but only because I want to eat at Slaters 50/50 in Yorba Linda on the way to or from

Slaters is a GREAT burger joint! Worth the extra $.

Slater’s 50/50 is an awesome place. I’ve eaten there a bunch of times. Don’t freak out but I would recommend getting the peanut butter and jealousy burger with a side of jalapenos. One jalapeno per bite…………delicious.
And just because I grew up in that neighborhood I’ll chime in too: it is in Anaheim Hills!
