Tripel IPA

Post by Rezzin »

This summer I plan on doing 2, maybe 3 belgian beers and plan on starting with a tripel IPA. This is my current proposed recipe. Comments/suggestions are welcome as always!

Yeast
-----

White Labs WLP500 Trappist Ale

I might have some extra columbus I might throw in later in the boil (and might back off the 60/20 min additions to compensate) but I have to dig through the freezer to see what my supply is. I'm looking for a nice hoppy tripel but with smooth bittering - which is why I went with the magnum as bittering.
