Eat Your Wheaties IPA

Post by bwarbiany »

I brewed this last night. The goal was a wheat IPA, using the citrus and fruitiness of the hops to accentuate the wheat character. But I thought I might kick the citrus up even farther, so I zested two oranges and three lemons to toss in for the whirlpool.

It's been a while since I've done anything really experimental with my brews, so I'm kinda excited to see how this turns out...

Sounds real tasty! I've not tried the Belma hops yet, so would love to hear your feedback on them when you get to tasting your brew!

It was good. It's long gone now!

Not sure I could pick out anything unique about the Belma with everything else going on, though.
