This is what I brewed up for the club brewday

Type: Partial Mash

Batch Size (fermenter): 5.00 gal
Brewer: Scott Bennett

Boil Time: 60 min
Equipment: Brew Pot (12.5 gal) and Igloo Cooler (10 Gal)

Interesting grain bill... Original recipe, or did your pick it up elsewhere?

It started off as Red Velvet from Eagle Rock which had recently been the featured AHA recipe of the week http://www.homebrewersassociation.org/p ... red-velvet

From there I started to tweak it here and there.

Again, definitely an interesting recipe. There's so much going on with all those specialty grains that I'm not sure what the taste profile would be coming out the other end...

Hopefully I'll get a chance to taste this at some point :-)
