I am just wondering if wort is flammable since after watching all these fried turkeys gone wrong on youtube, it has gave me t he fear.

Hell, I've done 3 deep fried turkeys over 2 days in 3 different locations and have never had an accident.

Wort will put your flame out, so don't stir too much and watch out when you put the hops in as it will try to boil over, so watch the flame!!!!!!
