Does anyone know of somewhere local that might have a good selection of the reddish orange silicone o-rings? I need to try a couple different sizes and don't want to buy several packs fo the ones I won't need.

The o-rings I need are for the bulkhead fittings on my kettles. I used a punch tool to cut the holes, and it proved to be just a hair too large to form a tight seal using the o-rings I got with the kit. I wanted something with a bit larger cross section to try.

Tony, you might not want an o-ring, but a silicone gasket instead.

Combine the gasket ring and a stainless washer and you get a lot of surface contact. There's also an even larger red version on their site.

The weldless bulkhead fittings Derrin has worked great for my tad-too-large hole I drilled into my kettle. I know you asked specifically about o-rings only, but if you don't find a good fit, these might help. http://www.brewershardware.com/Weldless-Fittings/
