Extract Brewing System

The trial brew for the Extract BrewStove was a "Bear Republic Racer 5" IPA clone from Eric's store.
The key to this system is the pump and plate chiller.
The pump eliminates the heavy lifting and enables the brewer to pump the hot wort through a plate chiller to cool it quickly.

Pretty slick, Don!

The only thing I'd change is putting the GFI as close to the wall plug as possible. Having unprotected cords traversing wet areas always scares me.
