Awesome price on hops online

Post by kevinham »

They have tons of types of hops available, and lots of them are less than $10 a pound. The most I saw was about $15/lb, cheapest was $7/lb.

Something seems fishy... Considering that nobody has seen Saaz for a while, they claim to be able to sell a pound of them for $15-- @ 5.7% alpha acid (last year's harvest was more like 1-2%).

If you put in an order, let us know how it goes.

Yeah I found that on this thread, and was waiting to see if there were any troubles. Lots of people placed orders, but some just started getting an email back stating they only had the following in stock with a maximum of 5oz.

Crystal
Centennial
Saaz
Liberty
Millenium
Willamette
Salina
Cascasde
Phoenix
Fuggel Domestic
Kent Golding
Challenger
Magnum

Oh well, I thought it seemed too good to be true, but so many people had already ordered without problems that I thought I would pass it along. Still they have some good ones, at a reasonable price. My bad.
