Yeah, I just didn't want to say it. That whole "horse blanket" or "barnyard" smell/flavor thing is wrong too. However, I hope your beer has every bit of what you are looking for in it.

Besides that, aren't those bugs like strays, let them in your house and feed them and you can never get rid of them? I think the standard operating procedure after brewing a sour beer is to burn your entire house to the ground in order to get rid of it....
