Figs

Anyone have experience brewing with figs? Trying to get ideas on the best way to incorporate them along with quantity

Vienna in fermenter
Barrel Soured Sasion still in barrel
And a few random sours hanging out

I've never used figs.

However, I think there was a good thread on HomeBrewTalk.com about it... Some folks seem to just slice them up and add them to 2ndardy, others like to carmelize them and add at the end of the boil.

Should be a fun and tasty experiment!
