Oktoberfest ale

I used BMBs Oktoberfest recipe for an Oktoberfest ale. The beer smith estimated OG was 1.055. I hit 1.054. I fermented with WLP029. The FG ended up at nearly 1.010 a bit low with estimated FG of 1.014. It seems to still have some good malty Oktoberfest flavor. Can't wait to see how it reads cold and carbonated.

When she's being served? I think we need to 'evaluate' this beer for you before Oktoberfest gets off to a full swing this year!!
