Greetings everyone!
Our July club meeting will be taking place on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2013 at 7:00pm. This is a great opportunity to come meet fellow users of this board, and learn a bit more about our club!
This meeting we will be covering the status of our Club Barrel brew, upcoming brewing events, water chemistry, and of course sampling each other's homebrew! So, bring a bottle, jug or growler of your latest favorite and enjoy a fun & informative evening!

Got a new IPA (Citra, Ahtanum, Amrillo, Simcoe) ready for the meeting. May also bring a small taste of the Belgian Pale Ale I did a few meetings back. I really like the way it aged!

I have a new IPA with Centennial, Northern Brewer, Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra. Not sure if it will be ready by Tuesday. I just transferred it to the bright tanks yesterday. Can't make it tonight... I used up my brewing-related marital capital by making beer last night and by planning to go to the Del Mar beer fest on Saturday.
Hope the barrel-tasting goes well, and I'm definitely sad to miss out on the "special guest speaker"...

Just wanted to say thanks to the Bruery for allowing us to host our meeting in their warehouse. What a treat to get inside and see all the barreled beer aging! Was great to see all the familiar faces and the new ones as well. Killer food as well thanks Tim!
