I just poured my last pint of homebrew. I am officially tapped out! The good news is I have two fermenters going! Next week, BEER!!!!

In the mean time I picked up a couple bottles of Old Guardian 08 and Big Foot 08 to tide me over.

That's it? Looks like you better squeeze in another brew or two before the baby shows up!

Well... it is almost 20 gallons in the fermenters. I don't think I'll get another brew day before the baby is born. Could be any moment now.

If you tried to brew now, as soon as you mashed in, your wife would go into labor.

I'd take that chance. Get that 20 out of the fermenters and into cornies, then get those fermenters filled back up.

Unless you've got a wife like Robert where you just pull her arm and she drops out another baby like nothing happened and keeps right on as she was.... You'll be out for a while!

I took the chance the last two weekends. If I take a chance this weekend, it is more a chance of pissing off my wife than the baby being born!
