Not wanting to take any thunder away from Brent's cool new rig, however I also have a new Brewer's Hardware setup and spent the better part of today putting plumbers tape on threads, cutting silicon hose, attaching tri-clover barbs, and otherwise prepping to try a brew Sunday (later today). I was hoping to get to water test tonight, but at 11:30pm I decided to give my neighbors a respite form the backyard noise I was generating.
I did get all my natural gas fittings mounted and had a successful gas test (no bubbles) and flame test. I setup all my NG from the backyard fireplace with 3/4" quick connect & hose. However, it was my bad measurements as the rig is piped with 1/2". So I put a 90-deg elbow on the bottom for a better attachment angle, then put a downsize hose coupler on the hose itself.

For the Chugger pump mounts, I ended up get some stainless steel plates and drilling 4 matching holes to the pumps mounting plate. Then some long threaded studs and nuts finished it out. Even in a vertical position, it provides enough clamping pressure to keep the pumps in place.

After those photos, I did rotate the pump heads so that the outlet is straight up.
If all goes well, I can get a quick water test going in the morning, and then brew 10 gallons of my American Honey Wheat for the SCHF. I'll try to get a few more photos during the day!
