Heffernan's Home Brewing Supplies

Post by Marotte Brewery »

Has anyone ever been to this LHBS? I just moved to Upland and this shop came up on a search. It is located inside a wine shop called Pacific Wine Merchants.

I will have to go check it out, but thought I would pose the question first.

Never even heard of it. I will bet that some of the Crown of the Valley club members use it since is in their neck of the woods.

Went to this store on Friday. They have a small selection of specialty grains and hops, but are mainly geared toward the extract brewer. The owner did tell me that he usually has 2-row on hand, but that I should call a day or two before I need it to make sure. It is a good place to get that emergency pack of US-05, or maybe DME for starters, but only for those of use that live in Upland, as it is not really worth the trip for anything else. Looks like I'll be making the trek down to AHP or over to B3 for most of my ingredients.
